As an Automotive Service Specialist in Cologne, you will serve as the primary point of contact for emergency calls and customer inquiries within the mobility services sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing expert telephone consultations, recording damage claims, and coordinating immediate support measures to ensure a smooth resolution for customers in challenging situations. You will also manage written correspondence and administrative tasks related to case processing. This role is ideal for individuals with a technical automotive background who enjoy problem-solving and helping people. Experience
