Job Summary

As an IT Service Management Asset Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing the lifecycle of IT software assets for one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers. Based in Hannover or Münster, your daily responsibilities will involve the planning and execution of measures to record, classify, and maintain software assets to ensure high data quality and completeness. You will be responsible for operating and optimizing sophisticated Asset Management tools such as ServiceNow, OpenText, and Flexera, including the implementation of automated scanning and discovery processes. Beyond technical maintenance, you will act as a consultant for specialized departments, advising on process requirements and interface standards. Required Skills

Education

Experience

Experience in managing IT software assets throughout their entire lifecycle
