Job Summary

As a Pharmaceutical Production Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuous supply of life-saving medications. Your daily responsibilities involve creating and adjusting production schedules for semi-finished and finished pharmaceutical products based on market demand and capacity. You will independently monitor material supply, coordinate the entire production process from order entry to shipping, and lead planning meetings with global and local stakeholders including Manufacturing, QA, and QC. This role is ideal for analytical professionals who enjoy process optimization and cross-functional collaboration within a GxP environment. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a relevant vocational training (e.g., Pharmacy, Technology, Logistics) combined with extensive professional experience.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical production or production planning
  • Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing if applying with a vocational background instead of a degree
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional processes between manufacturing, QA, and QC
