Job Summary
As a Wind Turbine Service Technician based in Rostock, you will play a critical role in the green energy transition by ensuring the operational availability and safety of wind power plants. Your daily responsibilities include performing independent inspections and repairs on turbines, documenting all technical activities, and conducting fault analyses on complex mechanical and electrical systems. You will work within an experienced service team, maintaining high safety standards (HSE) and managing tools and materials for your service vehicle. This role is ideal for technically skilled professionals who enjoy working at heights and are willing to travel. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanics, Plastics and Rubber Technology, or a comparable technical field.
Experience
- Professional experience in performing inspections and repairs on technical systems
- Experience in documenting technical work and maintaining service equipment
- Practical experience in mechanical or electrical troubleshooting
- Proven ability to work independently and adhere to strict safety protocols
