This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of software introduction and development for the Planning and Construction division at Berlin's largest water utility. As a Requirements Manager, you will act as the vital bridge between end-users, IT departments, procurement, and external partners. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in IT Project Management, Process Management, Geo-informatics, Civil Engineering Informatics, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics combined with extensive IT project leadership experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in requirements management and software lifecycle management
- Practical experience in both classical and agile project management environments
- Proven experience in IT project leadership (specifically required for candidates with a Bachelor's degree)
- Experience in communicating complex technical issues to diverse target audiences
- Experience in moderating working groups and managing stakeholder interfaces
Languages
Additional
- Preferred certifications: Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE). Knowledge of planning and construction processes is highly desirable. Must be able to work within the Berlin location context.
