Job Summary

As a member of the Order Management department in Bochum, you will play a central role in managing the hardware lifecycle for thinkGROUP. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning and coordinating orders in close collaboration with sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery to customers. You will be responsible for creating transport orders, delivery notes, and invoices, while also managing material master data and web-shop order processing. A significant part of the role includes optimizing production and logistics processes and supporting their implementation within the SAP R/3 environment. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys cross-departmental collaboration and process improvement. Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial or technical vocational training combined with further qualification as a Business Administrator (Betriebswirt/Fachwirt) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience using ERP systems such as SAP R/3, S/4, proAlpha, or Navision within production and logistics environments
  • Proven experience in order coordination and scheduling
  • Experience in creating commercial documentation including delivery notes and invoices
  • Professional background in customer service and cross-functional team collaboration
