Job Summary

As a Service Technician for Video Surveillance, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of modern security systems, including installation, configuration, and commissioning. On a day-to-day basis, you will maintain existing CCTV systems, perform fault analysis, and handle technical troubleshooting. A significant part of the role involves network integration, such as managing VLANs and IP addressing, followed by conducting system tests and documenting technical results. You will also serve as a technical advisor, instructing customers on how to operate their new security solutions.
