Job Summary

As a Service Technician at G&N Gefahrenmelde- und Nachrichtentechnik GmbH, you will be responsible for the installation, programming, and commissioning of fire alarm and voice alarm systems (BMA/SAA). Your daily routine involves maintaining and servicing existing security systems, troubleshooting technical faults, and documenting all technical processes. You will also create and maintain technical documentation, such as wiring diagrams, and provide on-site training and briefings for clients. This role is highly customer-oriented and requires participation in an on-call service rotation.
