Job Summary

As an Electrical Construction Manager at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in the green energy transition by planning and supervising the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial and industrial clients. Your day-to-day involves coordinating subcontractors, ensuring high quality standards on-site, and managing project handovers. You will be responsible for health and safety (HSE) documentation and compliance with accident prevention regulations. This role is highly dynamic, requiring travel 4-5 days a week within the DACH region. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician; or further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician; or a University Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician
  • Proven experience in construction site management, ideally with a focus on plant engineering
  • Practical experience working with medium-voltage systems
  • Experience in coordinating subcontractors and managing site handovers
  • Experience in creating HSE documents and enforcing safety regulations

Additional

  • High willingness to travel (4-5 days per week) within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) is required. Must be eligible for a company car (driver's license). Authorization for medium-voltage switching is preferred.
