This role is for a proactive and experienced Head of Technical Department to lead the technical operations at a prestigious luxury hotel in Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of all building services, including HVAC systems, and managing all maintenance and repair work. A key aspect of the role involves leading, training, and developing a team of 28 employees, ensuring high-quality standards in maintenance. Furthermore, the position requires overseeing safety concepts, coordinating complex construction projects, and managing external service providers. The ideal candidate will also identify cost-saving potentials, implement energy-saving measures, and act as an internal technical consultant for the management.
