Job Summary

As an Energy Manager for a leading international wine and sparkling wine producer, you will serve as the central figure for energy efficiency and resource optimization across the company's production sites. Your daily responsibilities include managing the ISO 50001 energy management system, monitoring consumption of electricity, gas, and water, and identifying peak loads during seasonal production phases. You will lead technical projects aimed at reducing operational costs and carbon footprints while ensuring compliance with German energy laws (EnfG, GEG, EDL-G). This role is unique for its blend of technical engineering and hands-on application, requiring you to bridge the gap between complex technical data and practical implementation in the wine cellars. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Engineering (Energy Technology, Supply Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or a qualification as a Technician/Master (Meister) with relevant experience in energy management.

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry or food and beverage sector preferred
