Job Summary

This role involves supporting an international mechanical and plant engineering company in Radebeul by managing the technical lifecycle of spare parts orders. Day-to-day, you will process customer inquiries, verify technical requirements and availability, and communicate with clients via phone and email. You will be responsible for creating quotations in both German and English for spare parts, consumables, and conversion measures. Additionally, you will manage bills of materials (BOMs), assign item numbers, and compile recommended wear-and-tear part sets. The position requires a technical background in mechatronics or electronics and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, or a similar technical qualification.

Experience

  • Experience in handling bills of materials and technical drawings
  • Experience in an international business environment is preferred
