As an IT Systems Specialist, you will join an established IT system house with over 30 years of experience providing comprehensive IT and telecommunications services. Your daily responsibilities will involve providing first-level helpdesk support and managing diverse technical environments for a variety of clients. This includes the administration of Microsoft client and server operating systems, Active Directory domains, Exchange, and MS SQL servers. You will also be responsible for managing backup solutions, virtual environments, and network security through firewall administration.
