Job Summary
As an IT Systems Integration Specialist for the Regensburg District Office, you will serve as a vital member of a modern service center supporting approximately 900 employees. Your daily responsibilities will center on providing first-level support, managing user rights and accounts, and resolving technical issues via telephone and a ticketing system. You will also be responsible for hardware rollouts, user training, and documentation of IT inventory. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys direct interaction and troubleshooting. The position offers a highly secure, permanent contract within the German public service sector (TVöD 9b/A 9). Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable completed IT vocational qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in user service and process support, or a strong willingness to be trained in this area
- Experience in handling support requests via telephone and digital ticketing systems
- Experience in managing user permissions and administrative rights
- Experience in hardware deployment and maintenance
