Job Summary

As a Fiber Optic Technician specializing in DWDM technology, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of data connections across existing fiber optic routes. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the integration and activation of transmission links within live network operations, identifying and isolating data transmission anomalies, and conducting rigorous testing to secure newly established connections. You will also be responsible for fine-tuning system settings to optimize signal quality and documenting all technical changes. This position is highly mobile, requiring nationwide travel across Germany to various network locations. It offers a unique opportunity to work on high-level NE2 and NE3 infrastructure, providing critical connectivity to superior network areas.
