This role involves the comprehensive calculation and financial planning of Technical Building Services (MEP) projects, with a specific focus on Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), and Sanitary systems for commercial clients. As a Cost Estimator, you will be responsible for reviewing planning documents, performing quantity take-offs, and conducting both technical and commercial evaluations of supplier bids. You will manage procurement conditions and perform post-project calculations to ensure financial accuracy.
