As an IT Service Desk Specialist based in Cologne, you will serve as the primary point of contact for users, ensuring their IT infrastructure operates reliably through both remote support and on-site assistance. Your daily responsibilities include managing support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, where you will document, classify, and prioritize issues while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be responsible for the installation and configuration of client hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems and Office applications. This role is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy direct user contact and structured problem-solving. Required Skills
