Job Summary
As a Data Scientist / ML Engineer at greenHeat Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing a novel thermal-compute orchestrator for a GreenTech startup. Your daily responsibilities will involve developing machine learning models for heat demand forecasting and electricity price optimization to ensure decentralized data centers provide CO2-neutral heating efficiently. You will work with real-world sensor data to improve digital twin models, implement anomaly detection for time-series data, and design scheduling algorithms for multi-variable optimization involving heat, power, and compute resources. This role is ideal for technical professionals who want to apply AI to tangible energy infrastructure. The position is particularly attractive due to its remote-first policy, flexible working hours, and the opportunity for equity participation (VSOP), allowing you to directly benefit from the company's growth as you bridge the gap between software, energy, and building technology.
