Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Several years of professional project experience, preferably in digitalization-intensive sectors
- Extensive experience in project, process, and IT management
- Professional experience in analyzing, visualizing, and redesigning internal work processes
- Experience in planning and controlling complex digitalization projects from conception to monitoring
- Experience in creating and conducting training programs for digital literacy
