Job Summary

As an IT Project & Service Manager specializing in HR IT, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of IT solutions for ALDI Nord Germany. Your daily activities will involve structured requirement management, ensuring consistent documentation within the target architecture, and validating complex interfaces and data flows. You will play a pivotal role in planning and coordinating all testing activities, supporting data migrations, and managing the transition from project phase to live operations. This includes overseeing the Hypercare phase and eventually transitioning into a Service Manager role to handle incident, change, and release management. Required Skills

Education

University degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in IT projects, preferably within HR IT or time management environments
  • Proven experience in project management, requirement engineering, testing, and service management
  • Demonstrated experience in managing IT architectures, interfaces, and data flows
  • Professional experience in coordinating cross-system technical consistency and documentation
  • Experience in stakeholder communication and training coordination during Go-Live phases
