Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician, you will join an international team focused on high-tech mechatronic solutions for the railway construction industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the professional installation and commissioning of mechatronic systems directly on-site at railway construction projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training (Apprenticeship) or Higher Technical Institute (HTL) degree in the field of Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in the commissioning and assembly of mechatronic solutions.
- Experience in systematic fault analysis and troubleshooting on-site.
- Experience in customer service, including scheduling and conducting user training.
- Experience in creating and reviewing technical documentation and service reports.
- Knowledge of railway construction machinery and control technology is highly preferred.
