This role focuses on the continuous development and optimization of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) to ensure organizational resilience. As a Data Engineer in this context, you will independently design and moderate risk analyses and Business Impact Assessments for business-critical processes. Your day-to-day will involve creating and maintaining vital documentation, emergency concepts, and restart plans that comply with current regulatory requirements. You will also coordinate emergency drills, crisis simulations, and conduct training sessions to raise awareness across the organization. The position is highly collaborative, requiring interdisciplinary exchange with internal departments and external partners. Required Skills

Education

  • Experience in creating emergency concepts and restart plans under regulatory requirements
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating emergency exercises and crisis simulations
  • Experience with ServiceNow or alerting software is preferred
