Job Summary
As an IT Vocational Trainer at STARFACE, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of IT professionals. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and evolving the practical training curriculum for apprentices specializing in Computer Science for System Integration. Your daily activities will include teaching core and advanced concepts in IT infrastructure, network technology, cloud environments, and security, while also exploring modern topics like VoIP and Unified Communications. Beyond technical instruction, you will provide individual mentorship through one-on-one sessions, support apprentices in preparing for their IHK examinations, and coordinate with vocational schools and HR. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional with a passion for pedagogy who thrives in a dynamic, flat-hierarchy environment. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), IT Systems Electronician, IT Administrator, or a comparable qualification. Must possess the Instructor Aptitude Certification (AdA-Schein / AEVO).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT administration, system integration, or technical support
- Professional experience in knowledge transfer or vocational training
- Proven experience in planning and documenting training schedules and learning modules

- Work permit for Germany/EU required. Position offers the possibility of mobile office and up to 2 weeks of remote work from other EU countries annually.
