Job Summary

This role involves joining the AI Research Division at Agile Robots to focus on learning-based robot policies and multimodal foundation models for embodied intelligence. As a Senior AI Research Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and training vision- and language-conditioned robot policies using advanced techniques like imitation learning and transformer architectures. You will own the end-to-end learning pipeline, from defining model architectures and inductive biases to analyzing policy behavior under real-world uncertainty. The position requires a deep understanding of how perception and language map to physical robot behavior, necessitating close collaboration with robotics and platform teams to ensure system-level alignment. This role is particularly attractive for those looking to work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and physical robotics within a highly international environment of over 60 nationalities, offering significant professional growth and the chance to shape the future of intelligent precision assembly.
