As a (Senior) Technical Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of digital IT services for public sector clients. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- 5 years of relevant professional experience if applying with a vocational qualification
- Proven experience using Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools like Miro
- Experience in structured error analysis and managing complex IT landscapes
- Background in agile working environments and ITIL-based service operations
- Experience in coordinating requirements between developers, project management, and customers
