Job Summary

As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will play a central role in the renewable energy sector, working closely with technical management to support Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and hybrid systems throughout their entire lifecycle. Your daily responsibilities will include providing technical pre-sales and sales support, engaging directly with customers, and participating in technical coordination meetings. You will be actively involved in commissioning, testing, and acceptance procedures both on-site and remotely, while also providing 2nd-level technical support to resolve complex issues. A unique aspect of this role is the opportunity to build and document technical standards and processes for a newly founded company within an established medium-sized enterprise.
