As a Datacenter Engineer at enthus, you will be responsible for the operation, support, and continuous development of managed services focusing on backup solutions, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure. Your daily activities involve performing 2nd and 3rd-level support, conducting error analysis, and ensuring sustainable problem resolution. You will manage updates, patches, and migrations while maintaining high-quality technical documentation. This role is highly interactive, requiring solution-oriented communication with customers.
