This part-time role offers a pivotal opportunity to drive the energy transition by taking operational responsibility for Central Data Services (CDS). As an IT Service Manager, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality services by maintaining SLAs and managing requirements from operations, the Security Operations Center (SOC), and various product areas. Your day-to-day will involve acting as the central communication link for internal and external stakeholders, handling escalation management, and utilizing data-driven KPIs such as MTTR to steer service performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining audit readiness through meticulous documentation and initiating continuous service improvement (CSI) measures. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT Service Management and ITIL-based processes
  • Proven experience in service steering and KPI management (e.g., MTTR)
  • Experience working with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) according to ISO 27001
  • Experience in stakeholder coordination and escalation management
  • Experience in audit preparation and technical documentation
