Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical operation of commercial properties across Northern Germany, including sites in Hamburg, Kiel, and Lübeck. Your day-to-day activities involve the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of technical building systems, specifically focusing on electrical engineering or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). You will conduct safety inspections according to DGUV and VDE standards, manage emergency plans, and serve as the primary technical contact for tenants and clients.
