This role involves the holistic management and continuous development of email backend services within a shared service delivery context. The day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring compliance with quality standards and service levels, managing problem, change, and risk processes, and acting as a central point of contact for cross-functional topics. You will lead a virtual, interdisciplinary team and coordinate closely with external service providers to optimize digital business processes. The position is highly attractive due to its 80% remote flexibility, requiring only 1-2 days per week on-site in Frankfurt, and offers long-term career stability within a leading engineering service provider. You will play a key role in shaping modern groupware and conferencing solutions using cloud technologies while managing commercial aspects like license management and cost controlling.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree or comparable vocational training in the field of Business and/or Informatics; ITIL Certification required.

Experience

  • 2 years of professional experience in IT Service Management
  • Professional experience in technical leadership and managing external service providers
  • Several years of experience with agile methods in the IT sector (e.g., as a Scrum Product Owner)
  • Professional experience in creating and evaluating commercial reports and calculations
  • Experience in process documentation and knowledge management
