Job Summary

As a Technical Configuration Manager in Kiel, you will be responsible for establishing and operating order-related technical change management systems for assigned projects. Your daily activities will include managing workflows for change objects such as problem reports and change requests within the PDM system, as well as planning and leading project decision-making committees. You will play a critical role in defining product structures, numbering systems, and labeling, while ensuring compliance with the Technical Change Process. This role requires close coordination with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver 'As-Designed' baselines and project-specific status reports. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in configuration management or technical change management
  • Proven experience with product structures, technical drawing sets, and documentation
  • Practical experience in applying CM2 processes for configuration management
  • Experience using PLM systems, specifically Siemens Teamcenter or similar tools
  • Experience in leading meetings and coordinating with external committees
