Job Summary

This role focuses on enabling customers to effectively utilize SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) for their application projects, positioning BTP as the core for innovation through integration, extension, and custom AI. The BTP Customer Success Partner Advisor will build strong relationships with technical and business decision-makers, ensuring widespread consumption of the BTP portfolio. Day-to-day activities include proactively increasing BTP service consumption, analyzing technical needs, executing consumption plans, and identifying new use-cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT industry, a deep understanding of SAP Business Suite and BTP concepts, and excellent communication skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics and coach customers on digital transformation.
