Job Summary

This role involves serving as the deputy technical and organizational lead for a microbiological laboratory within a strictly regulated GMP environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting microbiological tests such as sterility and bioburden testing for products and raw materials, alongside ensuring all deviations are documented according to GMP standards. You will play a key role in preparing for and participating in regulatory and customer audits, maintaining SOPs, and overseeing the maintenance and calibration of laboratory infrastructure. The position also involves conducting specialized microbiology training for staff.
