Job Summary

Join YPOG as a Tax Specialist, where you'll contribute to a modern and unconventional law firm, working alongside renowned experts in ongoing tax consulting. This role involves preparing annual financial statements and tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals. You'll also assist with ongoing tax advice, including objection procedures and tax audits, with a special focus on corporate, partnership, international tax law, and fund/crypto-specific issues. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong interest in tax law, digital workflows, and emerging national and international companies, particularly in Venture Capital and Digital Assets.
