Job Summary
As the Head of Controlling BI, Data & Analytics at K+S Aktiengesellschaft in Kassel, you will spearhead the transformation toward modern, data-driven financial management. Your daily responsibilities involve developing an integrated steering architecture and maintaining a 'Single Source of Truth' through a centralized controlling data model. You will hold functional responsibility for data models within SAP S/4HANA and Datasphere, while overseeing core instruments like cost center and profit center accounting. A major focus of the role is designing a modern reporting landscape using tools like SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI, alongside identifying opportunities for Advanced Analytics and AI to enhance forecasting quality. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on Controlling or Data Management.
Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in Controlling, Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics, or Finance Transformation
- Proven experience in building modern reporting and analytics solutions
- Professional experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA at a key-user level
- Experience working with modern data platforms, specifically SAP BW and ideally SAP Datasphere
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex data architectures and translate technical requirements for business stakeholders
