The City of Gronau is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join their Personnel and Organization department. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from organizing and coordinating internal and external job postings to conducting selection procedures. You will handle complex labor law issues, including salary classification matters, and contribute to the strategic development of recruitment concepts and employer branding. Working closely with department leadership and the training management team, you will also play a role in mentoring junior staff. Required Skills

Education

  • Professional experience using applicant management systems and selection methodologies
  • Experience in handling labor law, collective bargaining law (TVöD), and civil service law
