Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive planning, design, and calculation of HVAC systems across all phases of the HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) for a family-owned engineering firm specializing in technical building equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating technical drawings, schematics, and specifications, as well as coordinating building services trades with other specialist planners. Key responsibilities also include assisting with tenders, contract awards, and construction supervision, and supporting project management in technical project execution.
