As an IT Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of both software and hardware components, ensuring the smooth operation of logistics systems. Your day-to-day tasks include performing error analyses, conducting tests, and resolving malfunctions in logistics software. You will also act as a consultant and trainer for employees, while collaborating closely with external software providers and the internal IT department.
