Job Summary

As a Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a manufacturing team operating within a 2-shift system. Your daily activities will involve planning and controlling personnel deployment, ensuring a smooth production process, and continuously optimizing production schedules. You will play a vital role in staff qualification and development while monitoring equipment availability and maintaining strict adherence to safety, fire protection, and cleanroom protocols. A unique aspect of this role is the leadership of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and the opportunity to work in a 12-hour shift model that results in working only approximately 15 days per month. This position is ideal for an experienced leader with a technical background who enjoys a high-paced manufacturing environment and is open to driving change management processes within a professional, well-supported industrial setting.
