Job Summary

As a Senior Trainer for Radio Monitoring Systems, you will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation and delivery of customer training programs, including the development of course materials and presentation techniques. You will act as a subject matter expert, conveying deep technical knowledge about products and their practical applications to international clients. Beyond instruction, you will take on a leadership role by coordinating project work, planning work packages, and monitoring progress for a small team. This position requires close collaboration with project management and development departments to ensure high-quality knowledge transfer. The role is ideal for technical professionals with a background in signal intelligence who enjoy teaching and are willing to travel internationally. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a comparable technical vocational training with relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Extensive professional experience in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of radio signals, ideally within a military context
  • Advanced technical experience in COMINT and SIGINT (sensor data fusion and situational awareness)
  • Proven experience in teaching, knowledge transfer methods, or didactics
  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and monitoring work packages for small teams
  • Professional experience in technical project coordination and international client communication
