Job Summary
As an IT Application Support Specialist at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications, including installation, updates, and bug fixing. You will serve as a technical point of contact for various departments and customers, providing critical 2nd level support for specialized applications. Required Skills
Education

- Proven experience in process automation within cloud environments
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse functional departments and external customers
