Job Summary

As a Senior Manager in International Tax Law, you will be instrumental in advising a diverse portfolio of national and international clients, ranging from large corporations to medium-sized businesses. Your daily tasks will involve navigating complex international tax matters, including outbound issues like establishing foreign entities and handling repatriation of profits, as well as inbound topics such as permanent establishment and withholding tax exemptions. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations like DAC 6 and preparing transfer pricing documentation.
