Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the maintenance of existing systems, implementing new software integrations, and performing deep-dive error analysis and troubleshooting for both hardware and software. You will play a key role in IT projects, including the hosting of services like Nextcloud and Jitsi on the company's own infrastructure, while providing high-level support and technical documentation.
