As an Automation Technician, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of body shop production systems within an industrial manufacturing environment. Your day-to-day activities involve operating and loading production equipment, ensuring high quality standards, and performing independent maintenance tasks. A key technical aspect of this role includes troubleshooting system malfunctions, analyzing root causes, and documenting these issues to prevent recurrence. You will also be tasked with teaching robot programs to ensure smooth production flows. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience as a plant attendant or plant operator in an industrial environment is preferred
  • Experience in operating and loading body shop production systems
  • Demonstrated experience in independent maintenance and malfunction repair
  • Experience in analyzing and documenting causes of technical faults
  • Practical experience in teaching robot programs
