This role involves ensuring the continuous availability and error-free operation of satellite systems within the aerospace industry. As a RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) Engineer, you will actively support the development of system architectures, focusing on redundancy strategies and reliability optimization. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure all RAMS requirements are documented and met. A core part of your daily activities will include identifying critical vulnerabilities and Single Point Failures through systematic qualitative and quantitative analyses such as FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis, and Reliability Prediction. This position is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy risk mitigation and safety analysis in a high-stakes, international environment. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed degree with a technical focus (Engineering or related field).

Experience

  • Professional experience in developing system architectures for aerospace projects
  • Proven experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative reliability analyses (FMECA, FTA)
  • Experience in coordinating risk mitigation measures with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
  • Background in working with international aerospace standards, specifically the ECSS-Q series
