This role involves building and leading a team of approximately 10 professionals within the IT domain of DRV Bund in Berlin. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for both personnel management and technical guidance, utilizing leadership tools for staff development and driving change management processes. Required Skills

- Practical experience with agile methodologies is highly desirable
