Job Summary
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of circuit diagrams, wiring documentation, and schematics using EPLAN Electric P8. Your daily routine involves the detailed planning and construction of electrotechnical systems and control units, ensuring all documentation adheres to current industry standards such as DIN and VDE. You will play a central role in project coordination, managing parts lists and article databases while collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to implement plan optimizations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of structured office-based design work and on-site client engagement in Koblenz. The role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse electrical engineering projects, providing a platform to apply technical expertise in control technology within a collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Technical Drafter, System Planner, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical design and drafting
- Demonstrated experience using EPLAN Electric P8 software
- Experience in the planning and construction of electrotechnical systems
- Experience in maintaining parts lists and article databases
- Practical experience in control technology and relevant industry norms
