Job Summary
This part-time position (20 hours/week) involves managing the daily IT operations for a professional organization, focusing on the maintenance and security of server systems and network infrastructure. You will be responsible for the installation, diagnosis, and administration of Microsoft server environments, Active Directory, and virtualized systems using VMware. Key duties include managing network components like firewalls and VPNs, performing regular security updates, and providing 1st and 2nd level support to users. - Practical experience in managing Microsoft server roles, policies, and file servers
- Experience collaborating with internal and external IT service providers
- Experience in IT project participation and infrastructure documentation
