Job Summary
This role involves driving digital transformation within the Nordhausen District Office. As a key member of a modern administrative team, you will lead the rollout of Document Management Systems (DMS) and manage various sub-projects, including the implementation of electronic files (E-Akten) and digital signatures. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating with external service providers, conducting process analyses to develop streamlined digital workflows, and providing training and support to staff. You will also oversee the integration of digital application procedures and electronic mailroom systems. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys designing innovative solutions and navigating complex organizational changes. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; or qualification for the higher non-technical administrative service; or another completed university degree.
Experience
- Professional experience in digitalization, process management, or project management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with Document Management Systems, specifically d.velop, is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to unfamiliar technical topics and administrative processes.
- Experience in project planning, control, and monitoring, including the management of funded projects.
