Job Summary
This role involves working as a Systems Engineer for a client in Manching, focusing on advanced avionics and electronic warfare systems. On a day-to-day basis, you will analyze system designs, develop executable test plans, and define design requirements for mission data and workflows. A significant portion of the role involves hands-on testing of electronic warfare systems, including radar warning and anti-radar missile technologies, using specialized laboratory equipment. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or Telecommunications.
Experience
- Professional experience in engineering, IT information systems, aerospace, or electronics
- Experience in the systems/software engineering lifecycle
- Practical experience with electronic warfare and self-protection systems
- Hands-on experience using laboratory test equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
- Experience in analyzing system designs and developing technical verification plans
Languages
Additional
- The position is located in Manching. Candidates must be able to work within the framework of a permanent DGB/GVP collective agreement. Experience with RF emitter simulators and mission data workflows is required.
